Windson · the session, in his words
The project you've been planning deserves more than a free estimate and a handshake. The spaces that finally work the way you live. The finishes you've been holding in your head for years. That starts with one conversation.
Five consultations a month. Windson runs every one himself.
Why this session exists
You've done the research. You're still sitting with the same three questions.
Hours of it. Houzz, Pinterest, contractor websites, gut-renovation walkthroughs at midnight. You know what you want. You just don't know whether you can actually have it — or who you can trust to deliver it.
- 01
Can someone actually gut and rebuild what I'm envisioning — without watering it down along the way?
- 02
Does a project at this scale make financial sense long-term, or are we overextending on a house we already own?
- 03
How do I find a builder I can trust to manage something this complex without losing the details that matter most?
We walk through all three. Directly, honestly, and without a sales pitch attached.
How it works
Three conversations. About three hours total.
Every relationship with Honorato begins the same way. Not a quote. A consultation that unfolds across three conversations, and you can stop after any one of them.
- 01
The Discovery Call — 20 minutes. We ask about your home, your timeline, and what's driving the decision. You'll walk away with clarity either way. If it's a fit, we move straight into the Planning Session.
- 02
The Planning Session — one hour. This is where the guesswork ends. Real cost benchmarks anchored to homes we've built in Brookline, Newton, Lexington and Wellesley. An honest read on what your specific home will require. A phase-by-phase timeline — the real one, not the optimistic one quoted to win a job. And if you've received bids, bring them. We'll show you what's included and what's missing.
- 03
The Tier Presentation. Everything the first two conversations revealed, turned into a proposal built for your home. Three tiers, one clean question: which one fits. You leave with a real number and a real plan.
Five consultations a month. Windson runs every one himself.

Honest about who this is for
This conversation is worth your time if…
Windson prepares for each consultation personally and conducts every one himself. Combined with active projects, that caps it at five a month. Not fake scarcity — just the reality of doing this work at the level it deserves.
This is for you if…
- You're planning a $500K–$3M renovation, addition or custom home in Greater Boston
- You value a structured process over the lowest bid
- You're ready to move in the next 3–6 months
This is not for you if…
- You're primarily looking for the lowest possible price
- You believe a free estimate is a sufficient plan for a project this size
- You're not yet serious about moving forward
Reserve your spot
Most homeowners wish they'd had this conversation first. You still can.
- 01Before the call
Send over any bids, drawings or rough notes you already have. Nothing formal. Whatever exists.
- 02The 20 minutes
Your home, your timeline, and what's driving the decision. Windson runs the call himself.
